Handcrafted from a tall, reclaimed Hogshead whisky barrel, this one-of-a-kind armchair is wide, weighty, and wonderfully comfortable. With optional swivel or castor feet, it’s as versatile as it is beautiful—ready to sit fireside, centre-stage, or quietly in your favourite corner.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For indoor use, wipe regularly with a soft dry cloth
- Avoid direct heat or prolonged sunlight to protect the finish
For covered outdoor use, reapply suitable wood oil or exterior varnish annually
- Always store in a ventilated area to allow the oak to breathe
- Never leave exposed to standing water or uncovered in heavy rain

Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Oak & Flame product. Each item is handcrafted with care from reclaimed Scottish whisky barrels. Please read our policy below, which reflects both your legal rights and our commitment to quality.
Cancellations Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to customisation for a full refund.
- If your item has already entered the customisation or finishing stage, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover material and labour costs.
Returns After Delivery
Because our products are handmade to order, we do not offer free returns for change of mind. However:
- You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover material and labour costs.
- Refunds will be issued once the item is received in unused, resaleable condition.
Exceptions: If your item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a repair or replacement at no charge.
Manufacturer’s Guarantee – 2 Years
All Oak & Flame fire pits and furniture come with a 2-year guarantee covering:
- Structural integrity
- Internal components (e.g. fire bowl, fixings)
This guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Perishable / Replaceable components such as hoses
- Weather damage (e.g. rust or wood movement due to exposure)
- Cosmetic changes due to exposure
- Accidental damage or misuse
Please contact us with photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Your Statutory Rights
Our returns and warranty policy is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to:
- A full refund within 30 days if an item is faulty
- A repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months if a fault develops
- Reasonable protection up to 6 years for products that fail to last
